[Video Demo] How to Use Evernote on Your Phone

demo of Evernote on AndroidIf you haven’t tried Evernote, whether on your mobile device or your computer, you are missing out on one of the best productivity tools ever invented!

Evernote’s tag line is “Remember Everything”, and its different features make that a reality. You can keep track of anything you want, including web clippings, photos, audios, screenshots, pdfs, business cards, etc. The list goes on.

And your “notes” will sync in the cloud and to all your devices.

Personally, I have Evernote synced on my PC, laptop, Samsung Galaxy phone, and my iPad!

In this video, I was able to do a demo using Evernote on my Android phone via something called MirrorOp. I’m sure it’s not that different on an iPhone, but you’ll have to play around with it yourself to see.

I was just playing around with a few of the features, including the incredible voice-to-text.

Keep an eye out for the set of Evernote guides I’ll be putting out over at my Business Content PLR site if you want to learn more and teach others how to use Evernote too ๐Ÿ™‚

Do you use Evernote or something like it? ย What’s you favorite features?

  1. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Evernote, but am not thrilled with the latest update for the iPhone. It’s more difficult than it used to be to find notes I’m looking for on the mobile app. But I love it anyway! (And I primarily use it on my MacBook.)

    • Hi Bridget. Yeah, I’m not crazy about it on my iPad either. It’s so much better on my phone. You should see the touch version on Windows 8. Completely useless. I don’t know what they were thinking. I have to go into the browser on my Windows 8 laptop and use it from there. Hopefully they’ll update that. Another reason for me to dislike Windows 8 ๐Ÿ™

  2. Sharyn,
Thanks for the tutorial. I use Evernote on a limited basis but realize there is so much more I could be doing with it. I have an Android phone so will have to play around with it some more.

    • Hey Shelley. Just saw this!
You should definitely try out Evernote on your Android. I just downloaded their update and it’s really improved. Try out the voice to text feature. I couldn’t believe how accurate it was!
